hey guys im in need of some help finding out what kinda rockers and lifters to run, i just want a little bit better than stock and prefer comp cam. lmk some input!!! they will be going in a set of 862 port and polished heads with the cam and springs and pushrods i have listed on page 1

Stock rocker arms with a trunion upgrade will be your best bet for the price IMO, as for lifters you could get ls7 lifters or run stock if there in good shape. Only difference is the ls7 lifters are a bit more solid. Nice truck man! And keep updating progress!

"LS7 lifters" are the standard lifters since around 2000 on the LS1 and 2001 up in the truck engines.

thanks for both of yall's input! i have decided on ls7 lifters. double roller timing chain. the tunrine upgrade or how ever you spell it. and instead of waisting my time with 862 heads im on the hunt for a set of 243's. im just gunna p&p them and put my dual sping kit and all that in them and roll with it.
