Default New Truck

I am the happy owner of 2008 Hummer H3 Alpha. I'm considering getting rid of it and getting back into a full size pickup. I've never had a diesel so I would like to get one. I was thinking about getting either a new F-250 ccsb or a GMC 2500 Hd. I like the looks of the Ford better and I would more than likely put a small lift on it less than 5ins. I like the solid on the axle on the Ford better than the IFS on the GMC/Chevy. I wont be pulling anything heavier than about 8k pounds, but I need it to be pretty capable off-road as it will see alot of hunting use. My question is this, how does the 6.4 F-250 ride and compare to the GM trucks? I really like the King Ranch editions and I want to know how the fit and finish of the Fords stack up. I miss my old truck see sig... Thanks!

Why are you wanting to get rid of it and why are you going with the dmax?
