Guys im looking at getting my wife a camera! Shes due in august and wants a camera to take pics of our lil girl! She's not a professional photographer just wants to take pics for us! O and she wants one with video options! No time limit on video!

Give me some opinions guys! Whats the best bang for my buck?

 

got to walmart or target and look at their camera selections. You can get a decent camera with HD vid for around $200

 

lol yeah i know but she wants one of the big ones. not sure what they are called but somethiing like the big photographers use lol. she has got a pretty nice cannon that she uses right now but of course thats not good enough since her sister and sister in law both got a big one with the big zoom lense and ****.... hell who knows what she wants. maybe a new man to buy her this camera lmao...

 

Ok, I use a Nikon D3000. Doesnt have vid but it takes good pics.

 

I have a Nikon S8000 that I am very happy with. Nice and small and takes great pics. Also have a Canon Rebel XTi that takes awesome pics but its much larger.
