Default wiring help

got my nitrous wired back up...all the wires off the relay through some kind of signal whether it be grounded or positive...except the green one which goes to the solenoids...do i have a bad relay or whats going on? its a nx wet kit...red wire goes to wot switch, black wire to the battery, white wire to ground and green wire to solenoids...i can have the wot switch pressed and still get no signal to the solenoids(green wire) my setup looks like this minus the fpss...

Have you tried another activation switch to rule it out as a candidate? I've had several go out in my day and spent countless hours trying everything but that switch.

If that white is grounded, and the black wire is constant positive, then take the red wire and tap it to the constant positive. relay should be audible when the contacts clicks shut. (the green wire should become hot). If that doesn't work then the relay is bad. If it does work then WOT or accessory (ARM) switch is bad.
