Does the micro edge+ not control timing? I read the specs on it yesterday but I'm burnt out on reading, sorry if i missed it

Microedge does not pull timing. http://www.lingenfelter.com/mm5/merc...w=&range_high=

I'm thinkin about the microedge+ and using the HSW interace, if i recall correct, the hsw interface will only pull 8* of timing, is it only capable of pulling 8, or will it pull from 2*-8*? would like a good bit of adjustability if anyone has any other suggestions

+1 for the Microedge. I'm running the HSW Interface so I can adjust timing/fuel with it.

with the interface jb u can pull 3* with the controller. But it can also control a/f ratio and make sure everything is working. So, with this function it can pull out as much as u want tho. This is done by changing a certain row of your IAT spark advance table. Maybe harris speed will chime in.

I am running one with a fjo progressive and it has been doing me pretty good so far.

Do u remember that day we was playin around on the way to savania speedway, with your old truck. I think i had the 5.3 or maybe 6.0 not sure. But anyways my setup was completely stock tuned computer. I was spraying, by using this controller ONLY to control timing and top end fuel. Done me pretty good.

HAHA, that was just the baby 5.3, that was original motor that came in that truck and died with it, man those were the fun days when things were cheap, looks like im gonna go with the micro edge+ and the interface, stilll would like to know how much timing i would be able to pull for sure as i'm plannin on a healthy shot
