Default Unnkown Window Switch

I recently won the window switch in this auction:

eBay - New & used electronics, cars, apparel, collectibles, sporting goods & more at low prices

As you can see it was advertised as a Trick Performance TPP-00011 however the actual unit in no way resembles what is in the instructions that came with it nor the online instructions at the TPP website...I guess I should have researched more thoroughly and asked the seller about it before purchasing...hind sight is always 20/20. Any idea what switch this is and where I can find a wiring diagram?

edit: this unit has a total of 5 wires - black, green, red and (2) whites

So is what you received is the same switch in the auction? Just different instructions?
