Consensus is that on stock tuning you can run 100 shot safely.

I in no way am responsible for any damages, real or not that occur due to any advice given by me over an internet forum.

what do ya think 75 shot if im running 23 degrees of timing she's tuned to the max right now. Or should I de-tune a little and run more juice?

I ran a 125 shot when I had mine. Couldn't tell you what the timing was though...

correct me if i'm worng but 23 degrees of timing not quite tuned to the max. i'm running a full 26 degrees of timing all motor and i only had to pull 2 degrees for a 100 shot and 3 for a 125 but thats just mine. i data logged the run at 23 degrees and a 125 shot and i got no knock whatsoever. i dont know much about tuning (my dyno guy came to the track with me) but it is my understanding that if the knock sensors are leeft unchanged from stock then they probably give false knock readings if thats what your going by.
