I'm with you on this one bud, that seems to be fine to me. If you really think about it, lets say the nitrous travels twice as fast as the fuel, in that case, the longer both lines are, if equal length like the ones in my ZEX kit, the greater delay there will be before the fuel gets there.

I would even dare to say that your way is better. Congrats on the new discovery.

Have fun with the spray

we will see how it acts. if i get a lean spike ill just set the purge solenoid about 1 foot behind the nitrous solenoid which would still be mounted on the plate. i dont expect to have any problems though. ill definately post up the results of the logs.

do you have a way to datalog the run's? With my software i can datalog each run and see excactly what my motor/ecu are doing in tenths of a second breakdown.. think i get like 16 readings each second or something close.. definatly helps for finding my marks in the powerband that needs tweaking

Those guys are morons. If what they are saying is true then you would have an even WORSE lean spike with the regular 1.5' lines that come with your standard nitrous kit. A gas form under 20 times more pressure is going to cover that distance much faster then a liquid form so the standard lines would only exaccerbate that. With all the bottles I ran through my old truck I NEVER saw a lean spike. I love internet forum readers

You will have no lean spikes...

As stated above.
Your fuel line (no matter of length) will be primed as soon as the key is on or when ever the fuel pump is engaged.

As far as having different lengths of feedlines from the noids to the nozzle you should see nothing if you keep your lines under a couple feet, yes technically one is flowing faster than the other but its such a small amount that it will be harmless.

I could see you having a problem if you tried mounting the nitrous solonoid in the engine bay and the fuel one by the gas tank.

hahah, are you goin to leave the red plug in the purge noid?

Mine hits pretty hard on the 50 Shot!! haha Insta' Boost!!

It took me awhile to see that your using the LS1 intake manifold... i had to remove my Evap Noid to get my fuel line to clear everything.

My Nitrous line is quite aways from my TB spacer.. while my Fuel Noid is about half the distance.
I havnt thought to see if there is a rich/lean spike.. I do have to confess that i put the jets in wrong and she bogged bad off the line... learned real quick..
The next pass was insane tho..

Yours does look alot cooler tho!!
