whats a good piston kit for nitrous??

ive heard its best to use Hellfire rings but other than that i dont know

JE, Diamond, about any that use a 2618 alloy. The 4032 alloy is durable but only good to about 200 hp or so.

what size do u recommend for a lq4 and should i get rods with the pistons or not am shooting a 150 stage now am going for 250 so0o what do u think?

I would get some good rods, they should come with ARP bolts.
