Newbie wants to get on the juice

Hi i have a relativly stock crewcab 6.0 . I will be putting exhaust and intake on it soon and im looking at a nex 100 shot kit. Is my stock fuel pump good enough? It is a WOT kit. Will 100 shot mess my tranny up spraying through shifts? I dont know much about this stuff so any help is appreciated. And what is a window switch and how does it work? Thanks for the help.

Your fuel pump will be fine with a wet kit. Spraying through the shifts is up to you...granted the 4L80E is a pretty tough transmission but you are just putting added stress on it. A window switch has RPM pills you use where it will spray between the two RPMs (i.e., 3200-6100). If you don't want to spray between your shifts, stop the nitrous a few hundred RPM before your shift...

Window switch is $100
The stock tranny will get damaged in time (I did it on mine)
Yes get a custom tune - it's a must !
Hypertech is not made for the added power of nitrous and/or the changes in timing retard needed.
