hey guys i dont know much about nitrous but i have been thinking of getting a nitrous express wet kit. now i have 2 questions: what would it cost to get it installed? and i have a diablosport programmer, would i be able to use that along with the nitrous for better results ?? thanks justin

 

I would imagine it costing at least a couple hundred dollars so just do it yourself. It comes with directions and you can always ask for help here if you have any concerns or doubts. As far as the programmer, it depends what settings you change.

You will need to retart the timing with a 100 or bigger shot.You can do that with the diablo.

 

The diablo programmer retards timming? I did not know any programmers did that..

Most shops will charge atleast 300 for installing a nitrous system.The good thing is you are looking at a NX system.Unlike some of the cheaper quality systems on the market it comes with a 72 page very deatailed instruction booklet.You could probably do it your self and save some money.

i had a 125 on mine with just a shift kit and the diablo and it ran in the 8's easy in the 1/8th.

 

how much is a shift kit and how easy is it to instal ?? thanks again
