I think all of them recommend a 15 degree angle with the nozzle being slightly higher than the rear. Prefer facing the front of the vehicle if possible.

i had an 04 and it seems like there is less space behind the seats. The best place to me would be right in the middle. There's decent room there...should be enough for a bottle.
