A pressure of 600 psi wouldn't cause it to cut-out. If you're positive all the electrical connections are good, do you have the bottle situated correctlly? The internal pick-up is on the bottom and the same side as the 4AN line. When you accelerate the liquid should pool to that point. Also, are you sure it's a nitrous problem and not a problem with fuel supply?

600-650 is not near enough pressure to run right. That would definetly cause a "surging" effect. Most systems are designed to run with at least 900-950 with 1000 being the "optimum" pressure. Also, I've seen the actual pickup tube bend during filling the bottle, you can unscrew the valve out ove the bottle and pull it out and look at it. Most of the time you can bend it back straight, or you can send it in and have it replaced. Just make damn sure the bottle is empty when you take the valve out.

i will check the nitrous solenoid- but i think that between low bottle pressure and the small leak it might only be getting 500 to 450psi to the solenoid probably causing this surging- once i get the warmer and blanket on i will try again and i will also check the tube in the bottle

Spray some soapy water on all the fittings and look for bubbles when the bottle is on.. That's a easy way to tell if you have a leak...

okay- I got rid of the leak and got the bottle pressure to 890 / 900 psi and went ahead and sprayed the bish- it was fine the first two runs and then started cutting in and out so its an electrical issue somewhere anyone take a guess?

i ran the truck this morning on a 75 shot and it worked good the first two times then it started cutting out again- so i go home check all the grounds and recrimp everything and put them back- then tonight i try to spray and it wont spray at all- i had the switch turned on half a bottle of nitrous and 890psi- so do yall think its the msd window switch f'n up on me?
