Default Jet sizes for my mods?

I ordered the Harris Speed Works 78mm wet nitrous plate system and it says it comes with 4 jet settings for both the nitrous and fuel, 75hp-150hp. If I want to run 125 shot, would I be ok to run what they say are the 125hp rated nitrous and fuel jets for my mods in sig or is my inline pump gonna cause me to run a little rich. I looked up the sticky with all the nitrous and fuel jets from different nitrous companies for example the NX for the 125HP are the 57N and 33F.
Thanks

Any one have any info on this, I know a lot of you that run nitrous are full bolt on, so do those mods have to be taken into consideration when choosing the jet combination or do you just throw the ones in that are recomended out of the box?
