Default ignorant towards nitrous and need opinion

well im starting to look into getting some NAWSSSSS for the truck. just curious as to what are some good kits that i should go with? and what is the safest way to do this? and also where should i get the kit from? lemme know fellas. feel free to talk to me like im 5 cuz i really dont know much about what i want except that i wunna spray about 100 to 150shot and i dont wunna spray through my shifts. thanks fellas
almost forgot, would i need to upgrade my fuel pump or injectors or anything i should upgrade? tranny is built and rear end has a eaton and motive gears in it so not too worried about those things

you can't go wrong with a wet kit, a nitrous plate and a window switch. look at pt.nets sponsors. both hsw and nitrous outlet have decent deals going on right now for the holidays.

That will set you pretty well. If you want your nitrous instant, I would definetly recommend a purge kit. I sometimes notice almost a full second of delay if I don't clear my lines of air before I spray. It's also handy when you want to take out your bottle and you need to clear you lines of pressure. Just my opinion

you wont need a nitrous plate if you go with the new MAF system from Nitrous Express - NX... they have a complete kit with their new MAF technology... the solenoids are attached to the unit itself and you dont need remote mounting.
I would recommend a window switch and a purge kit... window switch allows nitrous to stop spraying between shifts... also if you plan on running the n20 alot in one cruise or run, then a bottle heater is important too.

Contact NX and tell them USABODYGUARD - Big Dave sent you, they are one of my sponsors...

someone correct me if im wrong, but the blow down tube is designed to let the nitrous escape outside the vehicle in the case that the bottle pressure gets to high...instead of the bottle blowing up

yes, the blow down tube does exactly that, it just directs the nitrous out of the car if the bottle should reach too high a pressure. prettay much all tracks require one to use nitrous so def. do it, or hide the kit well. if you put the bottle in the bed, i dont think it is necessary but i'm not sure. i was brownsing through nitro daves the other day, and if you buy one of their complete kits with all the accessories you will be golden. the prices are very reasonable and its all there easy to find and much cheaper then buying them seperately.
