Default Help 90% done ... So I think

Like the title says my wet kit is almost 90 % wired up, and off of the wot switch I have a power wire into it and and power wire up to the "arm" switch.. Then I have a ground wire from the switch to bolt in the frame, and a wire intO the fuse panel, and everytime I flip the switch it blows a fuse in that panel ... What do u reccomend me to do

If I'm reading correct you have the switch grounded? if so do away with the ground to the switch, the arm swith needs a power source to it and then out to the WOT switch

He's running a cold fusion wet kit, not sure on the exact part number. Should be spraying pretty soon, waiting on a tune

They way i read that..

You need a:
hot wire from you fuse box to the arm switch
Wire from the arm switch to the WOT switch
other side of the WOT switch to a relay or the 'noids. ( i perfer a relay)

Ground the other leg of the 'noids

Your switch doesnt need a ground, unless you have an LED or indicator that needs a ground to complete that circuit..

(If you use this and have a LED indicator on your Switch, the led isnt goin to work)

OR!!
you need a hot wire from the fuse box to the 'Noid

Other leg of the 'Noid to the WOT switch

from the WOT switch to the ARM Switch

from the ARM switch to a Ground

Both do the same thing, one is just completing the ground circuit, the other is completing the hot circuit.

Thats how we did it, grounded one leg of the solenoids, ran other leg to relay, grounded the relay, ran power to the relay, ran the last relay wire in the cab to the wide open throttle switch, then the other side of the wide open throttle switch to the arm switch. We then ran a wire from the fuse box to the arm switch and grounded the other side. The solenoids tested good, hopefully he can spray soon

unhook the ground wire on the ground switch and see if it works?
Or is the relay hooked up right?
