Default GM steering wheel buttons for nitrous purge?

Has anyone use one of their steering wheel buttons for a purge button or even an activation switch? I wanting that super sleeper look with nothing out of the ordinary.

Never seen anyone doing that, but im sure you could build something thatll work. However youd have to modify your steering wheel buttons and somehow build another **** behind it to push it with the stock **** cover. The stock ***** wont work because theyre not 12v, theyre just signal wires.

A switch is a switch if you dont mind loosing the functionality of the original steering wheel.

Right. I just don't use the phone silence button on mine and figured it would be a cool purge button.

Just have to trace the wire and use it, a buddy did it with a 4th gen camaro for line locks, pretty slick I thought. I lost $0 on the " find the line lock switch" bet lol

Ok so this isn't going to work because that is a resistance circuit. So all those functions are on 2 wires and each button press has a different value
