Im wondering if there is a way to put a msd 3stage retard box on my truck,so when i put my kits on there.I dont like the idea of leaving with all the timing taking out of the motor.I mean the motor has 28 now,and then the tune gos on for nitrous that pulls out 10 degrees leaving me with 18 no good in my eyes.I want to be able to do my burn out and leave the line on full timing,until it hits full throtle.Then it pulls 3 out on frist kit then grab the second kit and pulls 7 thats good in my eyes.If you guys will be able to help me or any other people can help with this will be apreciated thanks

 

Damn how much juice you runnin? Pullin 10 degrees? I only pulled 3 for a 150shot

 

In trucks up to 2002 you can run a custom operating system when the nitrous kit is activated it automatically pulls timming but its like having a seperate tune! As far a a retard box..... i have never seen one but you might be able to do it. IMO seem it would be a ton of work so might call msd and see or even call HSW(====> sponsor) see what they recommend

 

so i would be driving on the motor tune until i arm the nitrous then timing comes out right,but the second stage is always ready

 

two stages one is a wilsons manifold wet nozzle,and the second is really havent desided its eather another nozzle edelbrock e2 w/ the pro nx soleniods or maybe a nos plate thats about it.Wilson wants 3 degrees per 50hp ive used there stuff before
