As some of you know, the nitrous bug has bitten, but I still want more power. What is the biggest cam you can run with nitrous, or does it mater? I've seen a thread on here about a 224/224 .581/.581 112 lsa and was wondering if this one would work in my truck. I also plan on new push rods, springs and a yank 3000 converter. Thank guys!

What times are you running with that setup?

 

dont know yet... I'll find out as soon as I get some tires and put it on the track.... still needs some tuning too... I'm hoping for a 11.9XXX pass... I think with some weight reduction I'll be close, if not there... I hate specualting on times etc etc... but thats just kind of what I have figured up based on my mods.

 

TR224 here 150 shot........have sprayed 200 spraying in second gear.

 

224/224 .581/.581 114 with a 125 shot.

 

Remember when you spray before the stall is out it will flash higher do to the massives loads of torque a 150 hit brings . But your truck being 4wd and a cam and stall + nitrous ...that thing is going to be a street monster and rip *** out of the hole.

Thanks guys, I can't wait to graduate in may and order my cam and everything else. I guess I'm going to go with the cam I first posted. I really want some highend power and a good lope never hurts either!!!!
