I went 14.20 with 100 shot on a bone stock 5.3 with only trq mng. delete and raised shift point on stock tires.

 

mine trapped 90 mph with just a tune

 

what did you trap before the tune?

 

I don't know about the 4.8, but I have an 03 rcsb 5.3 with intake, a tune, and a 100 shot I went 13.23@103 on stock tires.

 

15.6 @ 86ish

 

what other mods do you have i say low 14s at best and spray out of the whole i had a 4.8 and i promise if you dont you will regret it with your 60foot and dont be afaid to hit it with a 150 with a good tune you will need to have timing pulled but i wouldnt bother with that until you get it to a full bolt on

 

before i went nuts with my blue truck i tried some nitrous.

this is just a 100shot, efans and tstat, rcsb 4wd with a 4.8.

a friend of mine as an 2001 4.8 with 3.73, intake, flowmaster cat back , and a hypertech and he ran with a 100 shot and did a 13.70 and did 13.25 with a 150 shot and then put a 200 shot and blow the engine lol

 

what rpm did you start spraying at 700 haha... no really tho did you spray under 2000? thats a nice 60ft
