Sup...
been lurking on the site for a while but i didnt have a truck so i never joined............................
until now. just picked up a 97 ecsb chevy. drove it around for a while and never wanted to get out of it
. cant wait to do some more reading and get "truck smart".
this is my first truck and im pretty happy with the decision. we will see if these vortec engine can hold up

welcome man! and there is plenty of info on here to do anything just use that little thing they call the serach button, but first take some pics of your ride and start a build thread so we can follow your build!

thanks guys... i will get pics up as soon as i can. im inthe process of getting some things for it. right now it needs seats cuz the previous owner put in some suburban seats and they dont line up to the stock mounting holes 
. also gotta get a new tail gate. but as soon as i get those i'll be ready to start on engine mods
