Hello and welcome!
I am not sure where Lemoore CA is but if you can find a local tuner you will get the most out of any mods you decide to add.

Thanks bro. Lemoore is about 40 miles SW of Fresno in the middle of nowhere. Any suggestions on good tuners?

I only know of one, he did my mine and i love it! He is in Fremont (bay area) so its probably a 3hr drive or so for you.
I would add the mods like intake and exhaust first then the tune, but the tune alone will give you the best performance and make driving you're vehicle much more enjoyable!
synergymotorsports.net ask for Rick.

What kind of mods did you have for intake. I see you did the Borla exhaust. Just wondering so I don't sound like an idiot when I call.

I'm just starting to mod this truck. I've had it for like almost 4 months now and all i've done so far is ......
Volant cold air intake
JBA shorty headers (ca legal but folks here abouts dont care for them)
Borla cat back
Gear change to 3.73
Detroit TrueTrac posi
and, most importantly, the Dyno tune.
Plan on adding...
Shift kit and servos
Aux tranny cooler
Cam
............where does it end?

Welcome to the site. I am from Hanford and I know where Lemoore is.

The first things you should do is an intake exhaust and some sort of tune. With those three things you will improve your power AND gas mileage.

Im familiar with, and have done business, with all of the shops in the area so if you need to have something done shoot me a PM.

There is also sponsor of our forum in Clovis that could do anything you could want done. Check out www.speed-eng.com
