Hello! I don't think that I've ever posted on this site, but I used to post a lot on LS1Tech.

After I sold my last Camaro in 2009, I kind of got out of vehicle modding alltogether.

My daily driver has been a 2013 F150 FX2 Ecoboost, but I don't work in a very good part of Memphis, TN, so I wanted to get a "beater" truck.

I ended up with this 2005 Silverado. It has a lot of miles(178,000) but is in very good condition. I am the 3rd owner. The owner before me bought it when it had 25k on it.

It does have a softball sized dent on the bed, but I think that it could mostly be popped out. The interior is very nice except for the steering wheel and one broken air vent.

I didn't plan on doing a lot to it other than fixing/replacing some small things but after remembering how easy these motors are to mod.....we'll see how that goes.

I don't know too much about these trucks/options (compared to my extensive knowledge of F-bodies :-P) but here are a few I figured out.

5.3L
G80 rear/3.23
"Z85" suspension/trailer package.
