Why a 235 tire?

Thats way smaller than the 265/65/18 stock size, you wouldnt need a lift at all to run that, it'll just look goofy.

I ran 305/65/18 Falkens on my truck with just the torsion keys cranked up 2 inches. They didn't rub at all even at full lock with 2010 z71 wheels, 18x8. If you still have the stock wheels then I imagine you could run then with just a torsion key lift, might rub a little seeing as they are wider than what I had.

Took my tires to DT and the sold me the wheels. I explained to the i had cranked 4 notches to get somewhat level and there was probably 8 or so more. They just said it scrubbed at the slightest turn of the wheel and I needed a lift but wasnt sure how much. maybe ill raise keys to the limit and go back and have them mount and balance.

Thanks

07+ NNBS trucks do not have torsion bar keys on 1500 models. 2500's have them.

I'd say more than a leveling kit will be needed to not scrub alot. It won't ride like a dream either with super heavy rim/tires and a lift.
