Its a 2004 chevy silverado 4x4. I really like this truck so far. I lifted it a while back 6 inches and added some 35's. now i'm looking for a comp cam 54-424-11 and some other have been mentioned but i'm clueless at car stuff. I also have duel pipes (after pic), a computer programer, and a K&N air system on it. she runs great and I have put a crap load of miles on her.

No, I was not planning on it. I talked to comp cams and they recamended a kit with the 54-424-11 with all the springs/seals/retainers/lifters and head stuff and he said all other things I would need is push rods. I was trying to do this with very little $ but it seems to cost more over time I talk to someone.
I'm just looking for some sounds but more of a range of power in the up grade.
The car/truck stuff is all new. I work for Ga Tech during the day and gunsmith at night. So any KISS info would be great.
