New Z71 NNBS owner from SC
Hey guys. Been a long time LS1Tech member, but after taking a break from cars for a few years to focus on school, I've finally gotten my long awaited Z71. It has the 5.3 with 3.42 gears.
It has a leveling kit and a Diablo tuner already, but I want to do the typical stuff.
First plan is a speaker upgrade. Then I want to do projectors and HIDs, headers and exhaust, etc.
I know the mods you do to LS cars for power (h/c/i), but this is my first truck and I'm not sure what I should be looking at to increase power without sacrificing low end. My previous cars were easy because I didn't really care about low end, but now that I'm towing as often as I am, and offroading here and there, I want as much low end as I can possibly get.
Looking forward to hanging around and learning some things. I know 4th gens, vettes, and GTOs, now it's time to learn nnbs trucks.
Thanks in advance for the welcomes, guys.
Jon
