Funny story (not about THAT deer - but it does tie in):
The first night we got into town at the beginning of November (I've been back here twice since I moved), we left my mom's house, turned the corner not a 1/2 mile from her house a doe (maybe a fawn - I was talkin to someone in the back and didn't notice) ran out, then another and he likes to try and hit 'em cause its got a brushgaurd - and its a free deer without shooting out of season right?? Well, WHAM!!! he took it out. No damage to the truck. But in his words the meat would have been no good (his words not mine, I'm not a hunter). So we chucked it in the ditch and went on our way.
The NEXT night about a mile in the other direction is where he hit the buck. It pushed the brushgaurd into the grille taking out the driver's side lights, part of the grille itself and it spun around and took out the mirror.

So the pics will have to wait til sometime later in the week. Its nothin special - just a teal K1500. Not even a damn Z71...

And don't worry there is NO WAY I am getting rid of the Z and keepin this as anything other than a winter/tow vehicle. The timing was right to come home and snag this - thus preserving the Camaro for another winter slumber.
