I am here from san diego ca. I am here looking for info on different chevy engines and how to make them perform better. i am looking to build and offroad truck with a ls1 engine in it. rite now i have a 93 chevy that is an offroad truck that i am trying to get more power out of it? Any ideas?

Welcome! I'd say ****** up a 5.3 or a 6.0 out of a junk yard or on here. They can be had for fairly cheap and both have plenty of potential! 5.7 LS1s are little more spendy if they're low mile but most I've seen lately are over 100k miles.

What exaclty are your goals and plans?
