Hey! Im Mason, I picked up a 02 black rcsb, 5.3 auto, full option truck. 150K miles for 5k, 2 owner. had K&N CAI, Predator tune, and magnaflow cat back. since Ive had it had to replace fuel pump and i decided to switch to a 4.10 since I had posi. (Good thing I worked at the Chevy Cadillac dealership had it done cheap.) Now i just need to get it lowered, has a C notch in it currently 3/5 drop is the plan on SSS wheels. I have a buddy with a 98 ls1 that im trying to get a hold of to build. I have a lot of questions on my build if anyone is willing to help out. look forward to hearing from you guys!

Welcome. What do you want to build if you can't get the LS1? Your stock motor or different?

 

I actually have the ls1 in my garage. Its all apart. No accessories... I think I'll have to much money in it by the time I'm ready to build it. So my new plan is turbo 5.3. Get another 5.3 drop out build it on a stand and get it set up as fast as I can afford. But in the mean time, new main bearings, mine sound like they are starting to rattle with all this cold weather and an ls2 cam so I can at least beat a 4.6 gt till full build is done. Next month I'll have my black SSS rims. And thanks again for all welcomes guys!
