Hey guys just figured I'd break the ice in here. I'm use to being on LS1tech.com. I just bought my truck a couple weeks ago and the sig picture isn't current. So how is everyone doing?

I'm living in Novato, CA. in the USCG. Over there my screen name is Fred99Z28. I usually hung out in the Eastern Section as I knew most of those guys from drag racing my 94/99 Z28's. My truck has only got 700 miles on it so I haven't done too much to make power. Looking at an cold air kit next.

Yeah it's a small world.

Right now I'm trying to figure out what cold air kit is the best for my new body style Sierra. I have a factory over sized airbox as it came as part of the optional trailering equipment package. So I'm not sure I'll gain much with a cold air kit.

I didn't see your post prior to ordering my cold air kit this morning from autoanything.. I did however get the one you recommended. I got it for $220.83 shipped. It could be up to seven business days to receive, but it's hard to argue with 17+ RWHP. I was a little reluctant though as that K&N Series 63 kit doesn't have a carb# yet. probably be lucky to ever get one from K&N now that I bought it before they have them available.

I hope with the Magna Flow cat back and this intake to be around 290 RWHP/320RWTQ. -Fred
