Hey guys and gals, I'm stumbled across this site from a few of the s10 guys and s10forum. I'm looking at doing a 5.3 swap in a s10. Looking for some tips and pointers and lots of parts for sale plan is to get is going and drivable, then throw a rear mounted turbo for fun. Goal is 450-500hp to the wheels. Well that's the thing. I don't have a truck right now, have the cash for it, just can't find one that fits the bill. Ill def post up a pic when I get a truck. Right now I'm just buying parts and looking for the best deal out there. I'm from northeast alabama. Roughly 1:30 mins northeast of birmingham

 

So around the Scottsboro/Guntersvile area?

 

More towards collinsville/crossville area. Scottsboro/guntersville is roughly 45-1hr west of me
