So I am new on this website. I was referred by Meanz71 and just from what i've looked at so far this site is awesome. I was wondering if anyone could give me suggestions on what I could do to my truck. I have 01 Sierra Shortwide with a 5.3L, 3.42 gears, 22in Dvinci Wheels with 305/40/R22 Falkens, and a single 40 series Flowmaster 3" in/dual 2.5" out. In the near furture i'm going to install 4.10 gears, get a Wheatley tune, get a cam and new full exhaust. Any suggestions would be great, especially on the cam.
