Default LS-1 K1500 Chevy Z-71, Yes or No

My 98 Z has tons of home(garage) work done to it but the original motor has almost 200,000miles and im getting scared of losing my vortec. I Have a chace at a nice, complete LS-1 putting out over 450hp at the fly-wheel. Is the swap possible...I need motor mount, tranny compatibility, I know I will need a new computer and wiring harness. All thoughts are are welcome!!
