Sup fellas I'm new to this website. I was looking for help for my 03 5.3 silverado daily driver... I already have long tubes header, CIA, 3.73 gears... I wanted to get some more ponies out of it like what size small cam, more heads (have stock 706 heads) etc... Dnt want a drag truck, jus a nice strong street truck... please help me fellas especially with cam sizes and heads

If they are non castech heads just mill them to bump compression. Or find a set of 243/799 heads and slap them on there.

Stick to a 212/218 size camshaft if you want a nice daily driver with no need to add a stall converter.

If they were done right They should scream.

With ported heads you will probably want a little more cam in it to take advantage of the extra flow.
