Been looking on here for a while just thought I'd post up. I've got a 04 Sierra standard shorty 4.8L for a to-damn-cold-to-ride-my-sport-bike driver. I'm picking up a LQ4 short block on thursday(yes I did my research and got a LQ4 that will match my truck) and some 317(??) heads. I'm told those heads are the better of the cheap bunch. Anyways, I'm gonna look around here and try to find my answers before I ask the same questions over and over.
