Default hey whats up...

hey whats up... just wanted to join the site and show pics of my truck. I got this in late July of this year... and since i have put close to 12k in upgrades...

the truck was previously owned by a girl... other than wash it and keep maintenance, she didn’t do one mod or upgrade... at least she didn’t wreck it or dent it!!! When i got the truck it was a 2004 Silverado 5.3l extended cab with stock Chevy 20's on it, which were in flawless shape, not one scratch, nick, or blemish... again a shock... and that has NOTHING to do with the previous owned GENDER... here it is the day after i bought it...

Not too bad... basic truck...

but since then i have gone mad with mods... my fiancι thinks i am nuts, but fortunately i have a great job and this is just play money.

Since i bought the truck less than three months ago i have done the following upgrades or mods...

• Toneau cover remote open w/light – Snug Lid SL
• Bedrug
• LED rear lights
• LED 3rd light roof
• 24” chrome rims (6" lip) and tires
• Flowmaster 40 series exhaust system - catback
• 2” lowering shackles belltech
• Billet front grill
• SS front end painted
• SS billet grill
• HID headlights 6000k
• HID fog lights 6000k
• Tinted windows
• Tinted front marker lights
• Trueflow intake system
• Hypertech programmer III
• 4.10 gears
• Auburn Posi rear end
• Mag-hytech diff cover
• Billet pedals
• Avic d2 navigation system w/ ipod - XM radio
• 2 rockford amps - 250.2 / 200.2
• 2 jl audio 10” subs
• Powerbase seperates front
• Infinity 4x6 rear
• Viper Pager alarm w/remote start
• 153db Train horn w/compressor and tank
• All molding and badges removed
• Billet locking gas cover
• Jba plug wires

All of this in a matter of a month... hmmm... maybe i went a little overboard... just a little. But wait... theres more... I am buying a crate 6.0l with upgraded heads, cam, pistons, that is supposed to crank out 450+ hp... we'll see about that...

here is the truck with most of the mods... except the SS front end... look at those rims and that monster lip!

here is a cool night shot with the HID lights on with the SS front end...

and of course you gotta have some chicks by a cool truck...

too bad my fiance is way hotter than any of these girls... sorry girls...

well let me know what you all think... i would love some feedback...

thanks

Wow, slick truck dude! I like the wheels and that's quite a transformation the truck did. The girl squatting down looks pretty darn good....

hey thanks for all of the feedback... i know most of you probably dont like the 24's but in Los Angeles... that is the trend... i would have rather kept the 20's as the 24's slowed it down a bit... until of course i changed the rear end... nope not turning this into a show truck at all.. just a clean daily driver...
That picture was taken outside of my friends auto accessories store... they had a sale that day and had some nice cars on display... yes, that girl squating down is the hottest one of the group...

i have a few more exterior mods in mind... but now i am on to making this thing move! Nelson racing engines is just down the street from my house... and if any of you know them... they are unbelievable when it comes to truck mods... look at this 2003 Avalanche with TWIN turbos on a 540ci big block... amazazing (benchwarmers)

890ftlbs of torque at 2300 rpm... yea... 4wheel burns outs galore... this truck is a tranny eater...

so i will post my updates...
