Hello everyone I'm new here. I have a 2012 Silverado with a 4.8 in it. I specifically looked for this truck and love it. The question i have is actually a two part question. Is there a governing this engine and if so how do I have it disabled? Thank you all in advance

Be aware that the factory speed limiter is there for a reason. They do not rate the drive shafts above 100mph, so anything above that is playing with fire, you are exceeding the critical speed limits when doing so.
