Thought I'd drop in and introduce myself. I've got a 90 GMC shortbed stepside that I'll be asking questions about. But I'll need some info from the folks here on the best section to go to for the parts I'll be needing. Looking to update the instrument panel, replacing or updating the drive line, it came with a 305 auto so I have no idea which trans or rear gearing it came with. I'll be looking to make it a nice driver with limited towing capability. Lowering or leveling the rear will be done but not slammed. But as soon as I know the correct section I'll be lurking there.
