Hello to everybody. I'm a newbie to the site. I got on to performancetrucks.net via S10v8.com. I am placing an LS1 from a 2001 Silverado into this engine bay with minimal modifications. Trans is a 4L60e from a 2002 WS6. Rear end will probably be Eaton/Detroit Locker with 3.73/3.42 gearing. Just something cruisable yet snappish if you want it to be. Comp Cam, Springs, Pushrods, Double Roller Timing Chain, Oil Pump (ported & shimmed) Sanderson Headers, Stall Converter. no nitrous! Yet (smile)! Try to post pics soon.

Trever1t, Thanks for all your help. I see you have a '91 ElectraGlide. My kinda ride. My other rides are a '90 Cadillac Fleetwood (FWD) and a 99 Road King Custom (Police) that is a factory custom paint for the year in pearl yellow metallic two toned with pearl brown metallic with red and a tan pin striping. Love it. Bout to love my S10 now. Its also yellow. Colors just happened that way. Love it on the bike though. Pic.
