Default From GMC to Ford.

Well I went from owning a 1990 GMC with a 350 TBI to a 1999 Ford F 150 with a Triton 4.6. Why you ask. Certainly not by choice. When you hit a pole doin' 40 it changes thing around real quick. Thankfully a friend helped me out with the Ford. I had no coverage on the GMC only the state minimum. I had my lawn equipment in tow also. The Ford is an extended cab with 4 doors of which one doesn't open. It is a work truck and is very basic. My GMC had just been equipped with power windows and lock. It also had everything new on the front. The grill was a 94 which looked much better. I am getting used to the idea of owning a Ford. I owned a ranger and I did like it so don't get me wrong I am not anti-Ford. I just knew that GMC like the back of my hand. I did just get a pair of Eddie Bauer seat and a console for $75.00. That included the removal from the donor vehicle. They came out of a 93 Expedition. They are full power. I just hope I can make them work in the truck. Well now you know some of my story any suggestions.
