the truck runs and drives as it is. i just dont get much time to tune.

i have ran into some obsticles with the p12 pcm. max injector is 63.5, no 2 bar support from hptuners.

im hoping with in the coming weeks that it is ready to go. if i can get the tuning ironed out im hoping for about 400 or so to the ground. it seems like it will take more then 12 lbs especially on e85.

I have the same injector limitation...I just divided all the IFR values by 2 and set the ECT multiplier to 2 to get the value back. Its cheating, but it works As long as you use a 2 bar MAP sensor, not necessarily a 2 bar OS, you should be fine. The tune just needs an accurate pressure reference for the IFR table.

ya doesnt look to be to hard to fake it. i already have to 2 bar sensor just have to build the file. i got the injectors working by specifying around a 60 lb and changing stoich(had to do any way for e85) its a learning process for me. this is the first fi tuning i have done. well i help tune a civic years ago with a apex safc but that is nothing like this lol

Right on. Well if you need any help, let me know. I've tuned a few boosted vehicles, including my own which sees constant attention lol. I'd get those injector settings changed and set the stoich back to a value that you intend on running. I assume its not a flex fuel truck, since you had to change the stoich anyway. Messing with the AFR values gets amplified in the open loop table, and that could cause problems over time.
