Central Florida Newb
Hey Gang,
Name is Sam. Joined this forum couple years ago and guess I forgot so I figured it was time to introduce myself as I'm getting back into the hobby again. Anyways, I live in the Orlando and have a 91 S10 with a cammed 5.3 Lm7 out of an Avalanche and 4l70e/np120 awd transfer case out of a tbss.
Truck is a beast off the line and is great on the street. Truck is currently down for ls1 front brakes, new hubs, new cv axles, belltech drop leafs, elec water temp and oil pres gauges, drive shaft safety loop, and some other little things I've been wanting to button up. I've also got a brand new 7.2 iron front dif for it which will replace the aluminum unit in there now once I get my rear done. Plans include a big inch lsx once the 5.3 says goodnight.
Also in the pics below (first two) zq8 rims are for sale, if interested lemme know. Thanks for having me guys.
Little breakdown of the truck:

Thunder Racing TruTroq level 1 cam

Nice truck. I grew up in taveries Leesburg area but live up in the panhandle now. I have acquired a 02 ext cab 2wd sonoma that I'm thinking about putting a cammed aluminum 5.3 I have in it. I'm still on the fence about doing it tho cause I also have a 03 ext cab 2wd siearra not sure if I want to keep both trucks. I know the sonoma would be more fun to drive lol.

Thanks guys and I would go ahead and do the swap Mr Safety. You have the engine and the truck and if you end up not being able to afford both, just sell one. Plus you could sell the engine currently in the noma. How do you like the west side of Fla?
