I think a cog on an LSA might be a little overkill haha.

Right now I do:
-Coilover brackets
-Aluminum coolant tanks
-Aluminum catch cans
-Solidworks models based on your drawings, or any making a model of an existing part
-Build consultation
-In person and remote tuning with hptuners

I'll hopefully have my website semi done in the next few days.

A couple people have mentioned fuel sumps/tanks, so this may be a good idea...

What are you looking for in one?
What do you not like about your current one?
Where do you want it to fit?
What capacity do you want?
Internal or external pumps?

Well designed even for DD use.
Stock location limits suspension options
Spare tire area.
Minimum 15 gal. 20-25 would be better for longer distances.
I would be ok either way but internal should use something like the Aeromotive Phantom setup.

Spare tire location. 20 gal

Just being honest, but the fuel cell DBRods makes for the NBS truck is pretty nice and fits in the spare tire location with AN sump fittings on the back and uses the factory bucket. I don't think I could make one much cheaper or better honestly. The only thing I don't like about it is having to cut a hole in the bed to fill it. Making a filler tube from the factory gas hole to the cell wouldn't be too bad once you got it figured out, but there are a lot of bed and cell combinations.

Not sure how many guys have thought of this, but the factory plastic tank is actually pretty dang tough. I don't know how much I would trust a rear mount fuel cell in a hard rear end accident.

If anyone would be interested in one for the stock location that is pretty doable and unique, but you come to the suspension limiting part unless you are ok with giving up some capacity.

First off he is not a sponsor here.

2nd its not about being cheaper, but more about having options.

3rd if were going to go through the hassle of mounting a cell, it's usually for other reasons than just because. Such as weight transfer, Suspension changes, and so on...
