Hello all, I just found this site and figured Id post a hello. I have a 2007 NBS 5.3l Chevy Silverado Crew Cab. Currently have only done bolt ons(K&N CAI, and magnaflow muffler) added tint to match on front two windows, and it came w/ a line x bedliner. Im Very interested in modding my truck to be faster and "IF" I can get better gas mileage at the same time...schweet! Any and all help with questions is appreciated!

A good tune is something that you want to look into you will be able to achieve better MPG and performance at the same time.
