Hello! I'm new to the forum here and I'm looking for assistance with something. I added a 92MM throttle body to my 5.3L Silverado and to do so I had to add a throttle body adapter plate. This plate allows a 4 bolt throttle body to attach to a 3 bolt intake. The plate added about 1/2" spacer between the intake and TB and now my throttle cable is too short. Once routed through the cable bracket the TB valve does not shut all the way causing my idle to hover around 2000 rpm's.

There does not seem to be a way to adjust the cable any to accommodate for this little bit of extra wire needed. Does anyone have any ideas???
