Default 2nd chevy truck

Used to own a 94 gmc 4x4 traded that last winter for something that got better gas mileage, straight up for a 98 bravada, after the transfer case in the rada blew up and i replaced it i decided it was time to get something nice so i picked up a 2002 z71 tahoe today got a good deal on it, and it is in great condition.

will be doing some searching on good exhausts for it and what intakes are good thinking about a ls1 intake manifold and throttle body, short tube headers, full cat back, and a mild cam (my friend has the cam laying around from his turbo ls1 mustang that he is parting out) and that will complete the hoe. So just stoping by to say whats up and hoping to learn a few things about the platform along the way.

Welcome to the site, definitely lots of info, if your looking into the LS1 intake swap I've heard that you lose some low end torque and its a pain to swap because it hits the water pump and accessory drive but there's kits to make it work. Good luck and nice tahoe!
