Question 2007 Tahoe rear blower not functioning

Looking for some suggestions on a rear blower that does not blow for either heat or cool... Front heat and air function properly. Rear heat and air controls at the rear of the console between the fronts seat appear to function properly, controls are digital. All fuses (HVAC) , beneath the hood and at dash side panel have been checked and are ok. Rear panels covering the rear heater have been removed. Blower motor has been removed and tested at 12volts. Heat can be felt on the housing covering the heater core. So the problem appears only to be no power to the blower.... ( This is a 2007 and there are no actuators as in earlier models) Is there a speed resistor? where would that be located? Any suggestions or guidance would be appreciated.
