Hi. New member looking for suggestions on the first steps to start getting more power out of my 2004 Silverado, extended cab, short box. I have a 5.3L that is completely stock. What are some of the first things I should do to start getting the full potential out of this truck. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the site, you'll find lots here in the way of modding.. There are a lot of small mods such as intakes and exhaust to get you started..Just do a search you'll find what you need.
