I have an 06 regular cab silverado 4.8 tuned, 4.11 gears, fbo. And I wanted to put a cam & stall but it's almost the same prize as just getting a 6.0 swap. What would be better? And if I get the 6.0 swap will the headers still fit?

 

I would probably do the headers/stall first but keeping a close eye out for a really good used 6.0. Ifce, you find one for a reasonable price, low miles etc etc then i would jump on it and leave the other mods for later. Most mods you do to the 4.8 will work for the 6.0 as well.
