ya that ranger cant weight that much and that chevy was pretty stout

 

Ranger had the weight advantage for sure. Not to mention, who knows what heads and cam are in that 5.0. May not have been as powerful as the 370, but sure as hell had a better power to weight ratio.

 

I think traction was the main thing. you can hear the gmc spin every race. I would like to know his mods before saying anything about the races. also, he came around him one race!! and one more thing, did the ranger sound like it had a supercharger whine?

the red truck also has stock 3.42. he changed his set up a few weeks ago. put differnent heads intake and cam on it. when i get my cam in im gonna go up there and record me some races!
